SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

Billion Dollar Player products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins after production is complete and the package has been handed to the carrier.

United States: approximately 5–15 business days after shipment.

International orders: approximately 7–30 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Items from the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change the address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us through our Contact page:

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and your local post office before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes that may apply in their destination country.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery estimates may change due to circumstances outside Billion Dollar Player’s control.
